• Avoid wearing make-up immediately after treatment
• Always cleanse, tone and moisturise your face. This helps to prevent loss of moisture, protect the skin from make-up and to keep the skin soft and supple
• Drink plenty of water
• Do not undertake any other facial skincare treatments within 48 hours of treatment
• Do not reuse dermal needling rollers due to the heightened risk of infection
• Do not apply any exfoliating skincare products for 72 hours after treatment
• Do not apply perfume or perfumed products to the treated area for 48 hours after treatment
• Avoid direct heat (intense sunlight, sunbathing & sunbeds) and indirect heat (sauna, hot bath, shower) for 48 hours after treatment
• Avoid intense exercise or physical activity immediately after treatment
• Do not needle yourself
• If you develop bruising on the face then firmly apply an ice pack over the bruised area for 2-3 minutes at a time, regularly, over the course of 48 hours. You can also apply arnica cream to the affected area up to 4 times a day.
